HOW DO I JOIN CLUB REWARDS?

Every time you use a Club Rewards card during a game or make sports bets at Olympic Casino, you will earn Club Rewards points. Simply insert your card into the slot card reader or present it to the casino employee before the game starts at the gaming table. You will immediately start earning points and be able to use them to continue the game.

HOW DO I EARN CLUB REWARDS POINTS?

Earning points with the Club Rewards program is easy:

• During the game, insert the card into the slot machine or, if you are playing at the gaming table, present the card to the dealer before the game starts.
• You automatically earn Rewards points during the game. They can be exchanged for Promo vouchers or Promo chips.
• In order for rewards points you earn not to be cancelled, you must visit one of the Olympic Casinos at least once every 12 months.
• Taking into account your game you will receive exclusive offers for playing, invitations to events, you will be able to participate in special campaigns.
• Be sure to provide your phone number and e-mail! This will give us the opportunity to inform you about even more generous offers.

Rewards points earning example:

Playing slot machines with a bet of €0.35 per spin for 1 hour will earn around 52 Club Rewards points. Once you earn 501 Club Rewards points, your status will be upgraded to Bronze.

HOW TO RECOUP CLUB REWARDS POINTS?

If you want to redeem your Rewards points, just show your card at the checkout. You will receive Promo coupons or Promo chips. Points will be removed from your Club Rewards account.

HOW DO I CHECK MY CLUB REWARDS ACCOUNT BALANCE?

You can find out your account balance by contacting casino staff or placing your card in a slot machine.

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS STATUS LEVELS?

There are five Rewards status levels in total. Each of them has its advantages.

To enjoy the benefits of each level, you must earn the rewards level points you need. Below is the Rewards Level score you need to earn within 6 months to raise or maintain your existing status level:

• BONUS from 0 to 500 points
• BRONZE from 501 to 5,000 points
• SILVER up 5,001 to 50,000 points
• GOLD from 50,001+ points
• DIAMOND By invitation only

HOW TO EARN LEVEL POINTS?

Earning Rewards Level Points is easy. For each Rewards rewards point you earn, you will automatically receive a Level Point. As soon as you reach the required amount of Level Points, your status level is automatically raised to the next level.

We will review your account every 6 months and, if necessary, increase or lower the status level based on the Level Points earned in the last 6 months. All Level Points earned during this period will be cancelled and you will be able to earn points again.

HOW DO I CHECK MY LEVEL POINTS BALANCE?

You can open your My Club Rewards profile and check rewards level points balance, Rewards points balance, required number of points to reach the next level, and level review date. Here you can also see your personal and contact information.

CAN I EXCHANGE REWARDS POINTS FOR MONEY?

In accordance with Olympic Casino's terms and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, you cannot exchange Rewards points for money, but you can use them to continue the game by exchanging them for Promo coupons or Promo chips.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STATUS IS ELEVATED?

As soon as you qualify for the status increase, you will receive an e-mail or text message. You will also be able to see the status changes in your My Club Rewards profile or be notified to you by Olympic Casino employees. After receiving a new card, you will immediately be able to take advantage of the new status.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STATUS IS DOWNGRADED?

One month before the level review date, you will receive an automatic text message about the level points earned in the current half year to know how much is left to the next level or how much needs to be earned to save the existing one. If your status is downgraded, you will need to change your card at any of Olympic Casino's.

CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS AT ANY OF THE OLYMPIC CASINOS?

You can use your Rewards points at any of the Olympic Casinos in Latvia. Currently Rewards points cannot be used in other countries.

CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS ONLINE?

No, it is not possible to use the points earned by Olympic Casino online.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY DATA AT CLUB REWARDS?

Log in to My Club Rewards and choose Member Details. Here you can change your contact information and the way you communicate. To change your personal information, please contact the casino staff.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

In your profile, My Club Rewards in profile.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

You can change the password on the passover page by pressing the Forgot Password button.
